About York Cleaning Co

York Cleaning Co is an owner-operated cleaning company serving York County and Adams County, Pennsylvania. We clean houses, offices, and commercial buildings. The owner answers the phone and quotes the work, which is the main reason our quotes hold: the person pricing the job is the person accountable for it.

How we work

• Flat written quotes. You approve a number before we start. If the job is materially different from what was described, we call you before doing extra work rather than adding it to your invoice.
• A real person answers. Lines are staffed Mon-Fri 7am-6pm, Sat 9am-2pm. Outside those hours leave a message and it gets returned.
• Supplies included. No surcharges for product, equipment, fuel, or travel inside our service area.
• Home and commercial under one roof. Separate crews, separate checklists, one invoice if you want both.

What we do not claim

We are a new company and we are not going to dress that up. You will not find invented years in business, fabricated customer quotes, or review scores on this site, because we have not earned them yet. General liability coverage is being placed and is not yet bound — when it is active we will say so here with the effective date and provide a certificate on request. If proof of insurance is required for your building, call and ask where that stands before scheduling. We would rather lose a job than misrepresent a credential.

What we do know

Cleaning well in this region means dealing with two things most checklists ignore: hard water from the limestone under York and Adams County, which bonds a mineral film to shower glass and fixtures that ordinary cleaner will not remove, and a large stock of pre-1978 housing, where dry dusting painted trim is the wrong method and HEPA vacuuming with wet wiping is the right one. Both are built into how we scope and price work rather than treated as extras.
